Live In Nanny / Extra Support, 2 children (SW7)
Notable Nannies are working with a family in the Knightsbridge area of London (SW7) who are looking for a Live In Nanny who can also provide some additional family support. The family currently have 2 children aged 4 and 2.5 years and there will be a new baby expected towards the end of October 2020.
This is a live in position and the family are looking for someone who can be flexible in terms of supporting with the children, some help around the home, shopping and errands and taking the children to and collecting from school and appointments. This person must be confident with babies as the role will require supporting mum with the new baby on arrival.
The family would like:
- Someone who understands the pressures of a busy family life and who is happy to be part of the family dynamics.
- Someone who is passionate about childcare, supporting with their learning and development, whilst having lots of fun, including through playdates and ‘Adventure’ days in school holidays.
- Someone who is able to support and encourage confidence, teaching values, manners and independence and be an excellent role model
- And naturally someone who has lots of good common sense, flexibility, in addition to excellent communication skills to ensure a long term relationship commitment to the family.
The chosen person must have a valid European passport as they will be required to travel with the family, mostly to European destinations.
This is a long term position for someone to start as soon as possible. There are no pets in the household, and there are no known long term allergies or additional needs within the family.
Excellent communication skills are essential as is the need for mutual respect and transparency.
The position is of a full time live in nature, and requires cover 6 days a week, Sunday through to Friday, Saturday is a completely free day for the nanny.
The position offers a room with a sofa bed which is available for private use during downtime.
The salary offered is in the region of £2000 - £2500 per month (gross)
